Olancho Aid
Our Projects
The Olancho Aid Foundation operates a variety of educational institutions that meet the needs of youth in and around Juticalpa. We invite you to learn more about each of our schools, as well as some of our other smaller projects.
Our first school, Escuelita Nazareth, was the first of its kind in Olancho and designed specifically for children and young people with handicaps. We then founded the Cardinal Rodriguez Institute, a secondary educational institution that prepares students for further study in university. Our latest educational project is the rapidly-growing Santa Clara School, providing basic education to children beginning in preschool.
Our other projects include: (1) scholarship programs providing financial aid to potential students who might not otherwise have the means to attend one of our schools; and (2) mission trips, called Solidarity Projects, that bring volunteers to Olancho to help in our communities.
